Greetings,
Asharqia Chamber extends its warm greetings to you and informs you that it has received a letter from the General Authority for Ports - King Abdulaziz Port, numbered (16/33/38/5842) and dated (3/3/1445 AH). The letter mentions the extension of the bid for project number (175) for the demolition and removal of the current commercial complex and the construction of a new commercial complex with all its facilities at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam. The public bidding process will be conducted among specialized companies and institutions as follows:
Announcing Authority: General Authority for Ports / King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam.
Document Fee: SAR 500, payable by a certified check in the name of the General Authority for Ports, to be submitted to the Financial Department at King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam.
Deadline for Bid Submission: Wednesday (3/4/1445 AH), corresponding to (18/10/2023 CE) at 2:00 PM.
Location for Document Pickup: King Abdulaziz Port, Fourth Floor, General Administration Building (Procurement Department).
Location for Envelope Submission: King Abdulaziz Port, Fifth Floor, Office No. (503) in the General Administration Building.
Envelope Opening Date: Thursday (4/4/1445 AH), corresponding to (19/10/2023 CE) at 10:30 AM.
